Join Dr. Valin S. Jordan, founder of Yoga4SocialJustice TM, for this series of social justice workshops with Free To Be Power Yoga on Zoom!
Each workshop will include a one hour power yoga practice followed by a 75 minute workshop pertaining to social justice. This is a sequential series of workshops that semi-build on each other. Attendance to the first workshop is not required to participate, but attendance to the first workshop helps to set the context for the workshops that follow.

*$38 per workshop or $140 for all four.
A 30 Day virtual group program led by Kelly Boudreaux, co-owner of Free To Be Power Yoga, 1500 Hour Certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher, and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. We will look at four different elements each day with the goal to give you WHOLE freedom in your life.
THE FOUR ELEMENTS ARE:
Be Still (Meditation) - One of the core benefits of meditation is that it improves attention and concentration. Each day you will receive a 5 to 10 minute meditation recording.
Be Free (Movement) - Commit to 30-60 minutes of movement each day. We recommend yoga, but any movement is accepted.
Be Well (Nutrition) - As program lead and a National Board Certified Health Coach, Kelly will guide you through a whole foods plan of eating. In addition, we will discuss improving your relationship with food, understand nutrition so you can easily make healthier choices, control cravings, increase energy to feel great, say goodbye to dieting, and finally reach goals without feeling deprived.
Be Curious (Inquiry) - Each day you will receive a question to journal on to help you uncover things inside of you.

LIVE STREAMED & ZOOM ONLY CLASSES
Take part in your favorite Free To Be classes from home! We have multiple classes per day that are streamed live from the Downtown Studio through Zoom! This allows you to practice from anywhere and still have the experience of being in the class with your community! These classes are titled "LIVE STREAM FROM CLASS | Class Name".
We also offer "Zoom Only" classes that are led by the teacher from their home to yours! Turn your camera on to get encouragement from the teachers :) These classes are titled on the schedule as "Zoom Only | Class Name" and are listed on all three studios schedules for ease of signing up.
