Want to start your yoga practice but feel intimidated? Or maybe you’d like to go back to the fundamentals and refresh your practice with the basics? Either way, this Beginner’s Series is for you!
In this 4 part series you will be led in a small group setting with individual support on the foundations of starting a yoga practice. In a *lightly* warmed room you will gain the tools to confidently practice in any All Levels yoga class, learn the power & technique of breath and postural alignment, and learn how to integrate props in your practice to curate each pose to your body.
