Membership and Package Terms
FREE TO BE POWER YOGA MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All purchases are final and non-transferrable. No refunds available.
Cancel your First Month of Auto-Renew Membership
To cancel your auto-renew membership, complete this request form at least 1 day in advance of the billing date.
Cancel your Monthly Auto-Renew Membership
To cancel your auto-renew membership, complete this request form (or send an email to info@freetobepoweryoga.com) at least 1 day in advance of your next billing date in order for your request to be effective from the following month. (Example: if you are scheduled to be charged February 15th and you want that to be your last payment, you must submit a cancellation form to Free To Be Power Yoga by February 14th.)
Suspend Your Monthly Auto-Renew and One Year Membership
To suspend your auto-renew membership, complete this request form at least 1 day in advance of the billing cycle you wish to suspend. You may do this one time per calendar year, for a minimum of one complete billing cycle month, and a maximum of two consecutive billing cycle months. (Example: if you are scheduled to be charged February 15th and you want to suspend starting that date, you must submit a request form to Free To Be Power Yoga by January 15th indicating the number of months you want suspended.) No partial month suspensions are permitted, or altering of your billing cycle date. Suspensions will commence at the beginning of your typical billing cycle.
First Month of Unlimited Membership Details
A great way to try out a variety of classes and teachers, become a part of the community and fall in love with Free To Be Power Yoga! If you come only twice in the first month you’ve more than paid for the month. This membership is available to first time, local residents only. Your next month will auto-renew to $89 for three months. Following the initial four months, your membership goes to the regular rate of $109 per month. This membership can be used for any classes on the regular schedule; excludes workshops, special events and kids yoga classes. Intro Special will expire if not used within 30 days of purchase.
Monthly Auto-Renew Membership Details
No contracts! You can cancel at any time as long as you cancel before your renewal date. If you cancel the day of your renewal date, your package will be renewed and charged. Your renewal date is the day of each month when you purchased your first month of unlimited yoga. Remember, your intro month is $40. Following the intro month, your membership auto renews to $89 for three months then $109 for every month following. Memberships can be used for any classes on the regular schedule; excludes workshops, special events and kids yoga classes.
One Year Memberships
This membership is offered to all new and current members, and expires 12 months (one year) from date of first use (email info@freetobepoweryoga.com to set up your start date). This membership option can be purchased online and in the studio. The one year membership can be suspended one time per contract year (for a maximum of two months). There are no refunds on this membership option. Memberships can be used to practice in any classes on the regular schedule; excludes workshops, special events and kids yoga classes.
Waitlist
Many of the classes at FTB have a waitlist. This means that the class is at capacity and clients who sign up after the capacity has been reached are put on a waitlist. Should a client(s) cancel out of the class 30 minutes (or more) prior to the class start time, you will be added to the class roster. You will receive an email notification when you are removed from the waitlist and added to the class roster. If at that time, you are unable to attend class, please cancel yourself out of the class to make room for other clients who may also be on the waitlist.
Late Cancellations
FTB also has a Late Cancel policy. If you cancel out of a class within 2 hours of the class start time, you are considered a “Late Cancel.” The late cancellation fee is $7 for all clients regardless of your package or pricing option and will be charged to the credit card on file within 48 hours of the missed class. Classes will not be deducted from drop-ins or your packages. All cancelations of any kind must be completed by the client online. Cancellations will not be accepted via email, phone or text. If you fail to cancel the class prior to the class start time, you will be considered a “No Show” (see below).
No Shows
To support you in accountability and because our classes frequently have a waitlist, FTB has a No Show Policy. If you are registered for a class and do not show up for the class, you are considered a “No Show.” The No Show fee is $10 for all clients regardless of your package or pricing option and will be charged to the credit card on file within 48 hours of the missed class. Classes will not be deducted from drop-ins or your packages. All cancellations of any kind must be completed by the client online. Cancellations will not be accepted via email, phone or text.
Class Packages
Expire exactly 6 months after the date of purchase. These packages can be shared with one other immediate family member. The family member must be added to your account to share the package (email info@freetobepoweryoga.com to set this up). Class packages cannot be suspended or refunded if they are not used within expiration terms. These packages give you access to practice at the studio where purchased only. (*All Black Friday 10 Class Packs have a 3 month expiration and all Black Friday 20 Class Packs have a 4 month expiration).
Single Class Drop-In
This option can be purchased in studio or online and will expire within 30 days of purchase. This membership gives you access to practice at the studio where purchased only.
Out Of Towner | 3 Consecutive Days & 5 Consecutive Days
These offers are available to first time non-residents only (for our out-of-town visitors) and is available for purchase online. This option can only be purchased one time per yogi, expires 3 or 5 days (respectively) from the date of first use and cannot be suspended. If you do not activate it within 30 days, it will expire. This membership gives you access to practice at the studio where purchased only for any classes on the regular schedule; excludes workshops, special events and kids yoga classes.
One Month (Non-Auto Renew) Membership
This membership is offered to all new and current members, and expires 30 days from purchase date. This membership option can be purchased online and in the studio. The One Month (Non-Auto Renew) Membership cannot be suspended. There are no refunds on this membership option. This membership gives you access to practice at the studio where purchased only for any classes on the regular schedule; excludes workshops, special events and kids yoga classes.
Workshops
If you need to cancel a workshop, 48 hours notice is required for a full refund. If you do not provide 48 hours notice, or if you do not show for the workshop, no refund will be given.
Gift Card Purchases
If you would like to transfer a gift card purchase to someone else’s account, email info@freetobepoweryoga.com and include the name you purchased the gift card under and the name of the individual you would like for the gift card to be transferred.
All purchases are final and non-transferrable. No refunds available.

FREE TO BE EVERYWHERE (ONLINE PROGRAMMING) TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Free To Be Everywhere (“FTB Everywhere”) is a program within Free To Be Power Yoga, LLC (“FTB”). FTB Everywhere offers FTB membership holders and nonmembership holders the opportunity to purchase live (“Live Stream Classes”) and pre-recorded FTB yoga classes (“The Hub”).
FTB may change or update these Terms, or modify, suspend or terminate FTB Everywhere and its features, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice. FTB may provide notices, disclosures, and changes or updates to these Terms, and other information relating to the FTB and FTB Everywhere, including modification, suspension and termination of it, by electronic means, including posting these materials online at the Free To Be Power Yoga Website. All FTB offerings are subject to the Terms then in effect, and it is the responsibility of the participant to review the current Terms. Free To Be Everywhere Online Hub Subscription Registration
To purchase and subscribe to Free To Be Power Yoga’s On-Demand Hub, Free To Be Everywhere, go to www.freetobeeverywhere.com and click on "Start Free Trial" and then create your account and password.
Free To Be Everywhere is a recurring subscription-based offering in which you will be charged once per month following your registration, or you can choose the annual subscription option. Hub access is nontransferable. No refunds or partial refunds will be given.

To pause or cancel your subscription, click on the arrow button at the top right corner of your vimeo page (next to the circle with your initial in it).
