40 DAYS TO PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION
A 6-week transformational program that is all about making a commitment to yourself with the support of your yoga community! For 40 days, you will practice yoga, meditate, journal and implement mindful eating habits. Your yoga practicing will look like 5 in studio practices of your choosing, 1 home practice and 1 day of rest (we encourage rest from all physical activity one day per week). You will be guided and coached by staff members at Free To Be through weekly group meetings, emails, asana and meditation podcasts/videos along with nutrition support and encouragement!
While it is encouraged to eliminate caffeine, processed sugar and alcohol throughout the program to discover how capable you are without these external stimulants, this program is YOURS. We challenge you to look and see (really be curious!) which aspects of the programs work and don’t work. Listen to your body’s needs and decide as you go!
When is it: February 22nd - April 2nd (after Mardi Gras)

We will host an ALL-PARTICIPANT KICK-OFF CLASS on Sunday, February 22 at 10am to celebrate the beginning of the program (first meeting to follow)
