THERAPEUTIC YOGA SERIES
Join Heidi Malnar (RYT® 200, 140-hour YogaFit® for Warriors, M.A. Graduate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling) for a gentle, trauma-informed yoga series. This 3-part series is designed to foster physical healing, emotional balance, and inner resilience, offering a safe and nurturing environment to explore the body's innate wisdom. Whether you're managing stress, recovering from injury, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself, each unique session provides evidence-based tools for release, connection, and restoration. Each course is enhanced with a science-backed presentation, ensuring participants leave with new insights into their practice
Participants can sign up for the entire series or register a la carte.
Open to all levels, no prior yoga experience is necessary. All classes are non-heated. We invite you to slow down, listen to your body, and lean in with curiosity.
