HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training in Downtown Nola and Old Metairie

This is a power yoga practice (all levels) combined with high intensity interval training (HIIT). You get the yoga vibes combined with a rigorous, fast-paced workout. YOD is designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness, and awareness of your body. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, power, endurance, agility and coordination. The room is heated between 85 and 90 degrees. 

  •   5-10 minute introduction to YOD and movements for the practice
  •   25-minute Free To Be All Levels Flow warm-up
  •   15-20-minute Strength and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with music
  •   15-minute cool down with deep stretches and savasana

* Outlined times will be adjusted based on 60 and 75 minute classes
